During my recent business trip to Zanzibar, I had the pleasure of staying at Moonshine Uroa Boutique Hotel, where the blend of local Swahili culture and modern comforts was absolutely delightful. I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room that offered stunning sea views and a spacious balcony where I could soak in the warm ocean breeze-perfect for unwinding after meetings. The attentive staff truly made the experience special; they were always ready with warm smiles and personalized service, asking just how I liked my eggs at breakfast, which featured a fresh array of fruits and pancakes. Being a wildlife conservationist, I appreciated the hotel's strategic location near potential tours to explore the rich biodiversity of Zanzibar, including dolphin swimming at Kizimkazi and visits to the incredible Jozani Forest. Plus, the pristine beach right at our doorstep offered a peaceful escape to relax post-work. My friends were also close by in a bungalow, and we explored the nearby restaurants together, though I did think our dining experience could use a bit more variety. Moonshine Uroa Boutique Hotel was a refreshing and convenient base for both work and leisure, blending comfort with the enchanting spirit of East Africa.
